In The Summertime, when the weather is fine...

You can reach right up,
and touch the sky...

Old Maids are the sweetest flowers.
They cost pennies to plant, and give you color all summer 'till the fall.

You can't help but smile when you see one blooming.

Remember all those tomato seedlings in the hothouse?

They sure are loaded now.
Tomato sandwiches anyone?

I'm having a pea-picking week-end.
How about you?

Blessings,
from me and Ms.Wilma

Oh Dorothy, what a pretty garden. We've planted all kinds of things over the years....corn, carrots, tomatoes peas, squash, watermelon, etc., but it's such a job caring for it all. We just don't seem to have time anymore. I miss all the fresh veggies! Have fun pea pickin'

Hugs,
Meri

Love, love, love zinnias! So do butterflies, bees, and even hummingbirds. I devoted a full 16'x4' raised bed in my veggie garden to a mix of zinnia seeds. They will bloom all summer.

Your garden looks gorgeous and very productive.

Beautiful garden. We are not having one this year. Husband could not till because of his torn rotator cup.

I have a few tomatoes in buckets on the porch.

Your tomatoes and everything else is coming along so well!
Been to my parents' allotment yesterday; my Dad is happy about the progress of his tomatoes, but some other stuff doesn't grow as it should, and we're not sure why.

What a great garden! We've had too much rain and my tomatoes are yellowing and drowning. Getting squash and the beans still look ok. Where are your weeds? Lol, I really need to weed.

Ready for those tomatoes to ripen, I'll bring the mayo and the white bread. YUM YUM!
Love the peas too, I like someone else to pick them and shell them! LOL!
My son moved out in March and my cat had to be put to sleep just after...I am slowly getting back to normal!!
