I come to the garden alone,
While the dew is still on the roses,
And the voice I hear,
Falling on my ear,
The Son of God discloses.
And He walks with me,
And He talks with me,
And He tells me I am His own;
And the joy we share as we tarry there,
None other has ever known.
Wish I had one of these dresses to wear to church today.
(Wish I could FIT into one of these dresses.....)
We hope everyone has a wonderful, safe, happy, PINK kind of week,
Love from me and Wilma

Beautiful flowers, especially that first rose.
Dorothy, a lovely quiet, contemplative post.
My week may be pink, but I doubt it will be from sunburn! We are still have one sunny day to a ratio of 4 dull/rainy ones. Ho Hum.

Hi Dorothy, stopping by to say hello via Beverly's. Glad you were featured, especially since it gave me a chance to peek in on your adorable Wilma...oh yes, and Dothan and Huey too. ;)
Your flowers are gorgeous, but I was totally giddy over your children's books images. It's one of my favorite things.
Taking your pretty storyteller page marker (button) for my collection.
Happy pinks!!

Your photos are fabulous! I was so touched to read the words to "In the Garden" on your blog. One of my favorite hymns. For some reason we sing it when my girlfriend group has our annual road trip (around Texas, Caribbean cruise, Mexico)! We attempt to harmonize!Thank you for sharing. dix---

Love your flowers, dishes, and the vintage pattern is too cute!

Your blog is so pretty. I love those roses which are white surrounded by dark pink or red, and I wanted to plant some last year but I had missed the right season for planting
