Pumpkins for Pink Saturday

Happy Pink Saturday

Pumpkins are the theme this week.

They're everywhere you look!

Orange ones and white ones
Ugly ones and painted ones!

You can make a pumpkin pie

And wash it down with a nice pink float.

You could make a playhouse out of one,

Plant the seeds from one,

Maybe even ride away with one.

Ms. Wilma, hubby and  I are riding off tomorrow afternoon,

After work, we may go here.

Check out the old cars.

Well, I believe we'll have seafood instead, Flo!

Hope you all have a happy and safe
Pink Saturday
and Sunday

From Ms. Wilma and me

Sounds like the perfect weekend. We have rain for a change today...the kind of day for getting cozy and reading a good book! Have fun with Miss Wilma and your guy! =D

Thanks for sharing your Pumpkins and More Pumpkins for Pink Saturday. I enjoyed seeing your pumpkin collection. I hope you'll have a chance to stop by CITexas Gal and check out my Pumpkin Coaster. If you are a crocheter, you'll want to whip up a few of these...they are quick to make and the pattern is linked.

Sounds and looks like you are in for a great weekend. Fun post.

My Mum made a very delicious pumpkin soup the other day. I hope it won't have been the last of this season! We also love pumpkin sparkling wine, it's so fruity and lovely.

I love seeing all the different kinds of pumpkins -- so many varieties! I hadn't thought of Flo in years "Kiss my grits"! Too funny!

Great post love the photos and sentiments. What a header photo you have put up for October! Very clever.
Great rows of pumpkins - wondering where you went for those photos. I couldn't figure out the ice cream soda for a moment - wondering if it was pumpkin flavored and finally, I read your caption. Sometimes, it takes me a while . . .duh. But, doesn't a 7Up vanilla ice cream soda sound good? And, a piece of pumpkin pie. Yum. Never thought of mixing those. Hmmmmm....Happy Pink Saturday!

oh dear - did my comment post twice? I've done that somehow lately. Sorry about that if it's really showing up twice.

So many cute pumpkiny things here! I wonder what my niece and nephew would think of a 7-UP float! I'm going to find out, because it sounds darn good to me!
Hope you and Miss Wilma are doing great!

Hmm. I would love to see houses or streets bursting with pink pumpkins this coming pink Saturday. It would not be too late for that, right? Haha. Anyway, that vintage pink car you posted is sooo cool! The owner has obviously been doing some serious maintenance with it that it still looks good as new up to now. Impressive!
