She wants to go on to another show.

Dorothy, I just heard that today! Downstairs won't be the same without her. Those writers are heartless...killing off Matthew, and now we lose O'Brien! I adore the show though, and I heard it was the actors decision to leave, both of them! :( Pam

I've never watched this show, don't even know when it comes on. But, it must be good cause I hear about it a lot.
ah well, we know that the only thing certain is change. will be interesting to see what happens next!

OK, I shouldn't have read this! I still have all of this season saved on the DVR! I think I'll have a marathon tonight. I'm going to pretend that I know NOTHING!
