And it rained, and it rained and it rained...

It's rained for about two weeks straight!
But that hasn't stopped the Estate sales..
We found a great one a couple of weeks ago.

This vintage tablecloth with strawberries was square and my table is round but I brought it home anyway!

Every room in the house was full of vintage goodies.
Dishes, linens, books, Christmas decorations, furniture, they said everything must go!

There was enough of this fabric for me to make several dish towels.

I bought a stack of vintage hankies.

There were bags of lace, fabric, thread,
jello molds...

Vintage ornaments and a pair of cute German dolls.

Joy, Joy,
happy dance!!
I finally found one of these vintage metal
Christmas tree stands!

I hope the sun is shining where you are,
or at least you find a dream Estate Sale
in the rain!

That Wilma says just put on your rain hat
and go play in the rain.

Best wishes,
Dorothy
Wilma
BamBam
and baby Dino

We have had a beautiful week here but rain is on its way for tomorrow. Of course our realtor is having an Open House for us tomorrow. Looks like you got some real goodies. Love your little furries.

We've only had an hour or two of rain early on Friday morning; the sunny days are lovely, but rain would be so good for the woods, fields and gardens around here...

Love the little Blackforest dolls! In the plastic bag on the same picture with them, I can see a gherkin among the Christmas ornaments. You do know about that custom, don't you?

First, tell Wilma I think she looks very fetching in her hat. :)

Wow, all those beautiful linens. I used to have a round table and the square tablecloths drape over them just fine. Love the strawberry one. Oh, there is nothing like that old fabric for towels. You did great Dorothy!

Doyle sends furry hugs. :)
